Shipping Policy

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Order cancellations or modifications:
Orders can be cancelled or modified prior to the order being shipped. After the order has been shipped, the regular returns policy applies. Please see “Returns Policy” section for conditions.

Delivery times:
1. Orders are usually shipped out within two business days of receiving payment. Sometimes this period may be shorter or longer depending on the season and busyness of the store. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.
2. All delivery times are estimations, and some delays are out of our control. If you believe there is a problem or delay with your order, feel free to reach out to our team so we can investigate.

Tracking:
Once your order has shipped you will be sent your tracking information so you can follow the progress of your shipment. These updates will be provided by the third- party shipping company.

Parcel damaged or lost in transit:
Parcels are insured for loss or damage. For these orders we will process a replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation of the claim. If the items is OOS we will issue a refund or give you the option to await restocking of the item.

 

Returns Policy

Please be aware that all products are inspected for manufacturers defects, and to confirm functionality in store prior to the shipment of your order. If your order should arrive damaged please initially deny the parcel. If the parcel is accepted, please contact Hempyz staff immediately with your order information via our Instagram page @hempyz or email info@hempyz.com will suffice. Hempyz staff will assist you and advise how to proceed.

If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return it within 14 days from the original purchase date. Please be aware that exclusions apply, and the product must be returned to us with its original packaging and unused. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping. For all returns, please email us in advance with your order information to begin the return process. You will be required to provide additional information such as your proof of purchase during correspondence. We will not process any exchange or replacements until the returned product has been received and inspected in store. Refund will be issues to the initial payment method used and may take 7-10 business days. If you are returning expensive merchandise you may wish to consider using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.

We do not offer refunds, but we offer product replacements or in store credit for approved product returns. In store credit will not be issues for the value of any shipping paid.

Many of our products have a manufacturer’s warranty. This means that the consumer is required to contact the manufacturer to submit a warranty claim. Products with a manufacturer’s warranty will only be replaced by Hempyz should the products arrive to the end user DOA and unused. If you have questions about the warranty procedures for your malfunctioning unit, feel free to contact Hempyz staff. Once a vaporizer has been filled with product, warranties and DOA claims will need to be pursued through the manufacturer directly.

Sale and clearance items are final sale. No refunds or exchanged will be offered for these products.
